Dermatitis: Besides fungal infection consider contact dermatitis if exposures to chemicals, concrete, or eczema, rarely could be viral like Coxsackie ( but that is also associated with mouth lesions) or medicati onreaction or rare genetic disorder acral peeling skin. f/u/ w/ MD
