Not likely: Gravol & Dramamine are brand names for products that contain both Diphenhydramine (Benadryl), & chlorotheophylline a variant of the stimulant found in tea related to caffeine. Its sold for motion sickness & nausea & will make you drowsy. Generally safe You could just take Benadryl. but it could cloud your thinking. Overdose causes hallucinations See Dr Baker's note for the PM version of Gravol.

Not likely, however:: The active ingredients of Gravol Nighttime are Ginger and Melatonin, which are perfectly safe for long term use.The only reason I have some concern is the additives, which include Blue Aluminum Lake (a source of toxic aluminum) talc and titanium dioxide, both of which are known carcinogens. It only has trace amounts of those, but I advise getting separate ginger and melatonin without toxic additives.
