Yes: These are common symptoms even after low-speed impacts. It’s probably just aftereffects of the accident, but it would not be inappropriate to visit your GP to make sure it isn’t anything worse.

S/p MVA h/A nausea: Likely a concussion. Did you have c spine films or CT/ it may be prudent to assess for structural damage. Consider cognitive testing ( there are computer programs) keep hydrated;consider a neurologist as medications like triptans, NSAIDS, tylenolamitriptyline, Mg, fish oil, Zofran even methylphenidate/Amantadine for cognitive deficits, melatonin for sleep may be helpful. f/u/ w/ MD

Concussion: I agree it sounds like you have suffered concussion. I would definitely get seen by your M.D. if you are having headache and nausea. A CT scan should rule out elevated intracranial pressure. Rest is important -do not exert yourself physically or mentally right now. Avoid excess exposure to TV, lights, noise and give your body the rest it needs. Do follow up with your M.D.
