My heart have 1 or 2 very strong heartbeats after every few mins, but i notice them more when i am laying down or sitting. is everything ok?

Heart: Yes. More fluid in your head and neck when you lye down and this makes heart tone more audible

Strong beats: If these beats are intermittent and the heart beat feels irregular you may be experiencing premature atrial or ventricular premature beats(extrasystoles). These are usually benign, but if these beats are frequent and bother you, have your physician set up an outpatient Holter monitor which records your heart rhythm for 24-48 hours and make note of when these strong beats occur and their cause.

EP: Meet with electrophysiology cardiologist. You may need to get "Holter" ECG.
