Why is rexulti seldom prescribed other than insurance issues?

Rexulti: It is a new medication and physicians need to be comfortable prescribing it.

Brexpiprazole: Brexpiprazole (Rexulti). I take on -line medication courses and this medication really sounds promising. It is expensive. It is not on our formulary, so I have not had the opportunity to order it for any of our beneficiaries. I agree with the earlier response that a lot of doctors may not be familiar with the newest medications.
