Trying to differentiate between high pressure csf leak and repeated sinusitis. doctors say its acute sinusitis but mri scans show perfect sinuses. ?

Color of secretions : may be helpful. A CSF leak usually produces just watery drainage and usually follows a significant head injury. Allergies can produce significant nasal discharge and sinuses can appear clear on studies like CT or MRI, whereas, sinusitis usually produces thick secretions. A nasal culture may help as well.
