No : You do not need booster vaccination. Just touching a car will not cause transmission anyhow.

Stepped on rusty nail, there is very small puncture wound, and the skin is red. it didnt bleed at all nor does the wound even hurt. I had a tetanus shot 10 yrs ago, and a booster 6 yrs ago. Is that enough?
Is a tetanus shot/ booster still effective for a wound 6 days after incident? I thought I had a vax more recent but after talking to primary it was not the case. I lacerated my thumb with a clean kitchen knife. Would I already have tetanus symptoms?
