At age 34 you would: too young for new knees. If you are generally, overweight - a tummy tuck would only address a specific area. Consider working with a physical trainer.

It Depends: If you are overweight, you may not be eligible for elective surgery at all (if your BMI is too high). A tummy tuck will not help you lose weight, nor would liposuction or a body lift. Going to the gym and eating a balanced diet is good, but consider getting additional nutritional and low-impact exercise advice to see if changing what you are currently doing might help.
