Is it safe using 100% non alcoholic witch hazel on my face after plucking hairs to reduce redness, inflammation and ingrown hairs?

Skin care tips: Great question. Something like witch hazel would be perfect. You could also use 70% rubbing alcohol on the area, but watch for overdrying of the skin, which can also lead to irritation and pimples. Alternatively, a 1/2 or 1% over the counter hydrocortisone cream can work nicely for prevention. Lastly, a good skin care regimen like Proactive or Rodan+Fields can help with overall skin care.
