Depends: No one can say with certainty that an enlarged lymph node is not lymphoma without a biopsy. That being said, I think it's probably unlikely. Lymph nodes are part of the immune system and often enlarge with an infection. Lymph nodes may vary in size between individuals. I'd say statistically, one slightly big node with no other symptoms is more likely benign. If it bothers you, have it checked.
