Unlikely: It is unlikely that the frequency of sexual activity would affect the nature of your menstrual cycle.

Why?: Did the change in frequency of sex have to do with any other symptoms, such as pain? Painful sex should be worked up by a gynecologist soon

Endometriosis, Anxie: I understand your worry about “sudden changes in menstrual cycle” At age 30, you most likely have gone through many stresses of relationships. These stresses can affect changes in menstruation cycle. Please see a Gynecologist for “Heavier, clots, spotting” due to o Endometriosis o Uterine Fibroids, or o Pelvic inflammatory disease After that see a psychiatrist for Therapy.

See doctor: You should see a doctor to evaluate the cause of excessive blood loss. In the mean time take oral iron and multivitamin supplement to prevent anemia. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
