Menstrual change: Well, the menstrual cycle can change any time you make a change in your life/diet/etc. because the hormonal balance is very delicate. It certainly could change after starting a new medication. If you are sexually active, it is always worth taking a pregnancy test, just to make sure. If negative, then just see what happens in the next couple cycles after finishing the antibiotic.
