My daughter won't drink water will hardly even drink milk would propel be a good substitute i dont want her to dehydrate ?

Try other things: You can maintain hydration by using interesting alternatives to fluids. Apple sauce is 95% water as are grapes/peaches/pears/etc. Jello can also provide fluid value. Most vegetables are 60% water. Propel is okay if your kid is over a year as is pedialyte but seldom necessary. As long as the kid pees every 6-8 hrs she is not getting dehydrated.
