Probably OK...: It's normal for malaise (tiredness, exhaustion, more sleeping, reduced appetite, etc) to last for a few weeks after any major infection like pneumonia. Should improve soon. Probably this has nothing to do with your MS, although there might be a link if your MS treatment includes drugs that suppress the immune system. If uncertain, check with the doctor(s) treating your MS and/or the pneumonia.
