Period delays: To delay the onset of a period while on low dose oral contraceptives, simply do not stop taking the active pills at the end of the 21 day active pills, and do not use the "placebos" until you are OK with having a menstrual withdrawal "period". You do not have to take "primoluten".

I started Minulette oral contraceptive 6 days ago with the intention to delay my next period But I feel exhausted and nauseas . I would like to stop taking it but not sure if I can? As I was advised to go off it in a months time with my period.
