32 yrs. pieces of white tissue and thick mucus coming out (no odor)while urinating, concerning? for past few mos, also have menstrual irregularities

Gyn/Uro symptoms: Mucus is a sign of irritation or infection. Not sure if the white material is tissue since mucus can have color at times. The urine may be picking up vaginal discharge as it is passed, and there is a good possibility that this is vaginal rather than bladder in source. Need to see a physician soon to evaluate the symptoms along with the menstrual changes. Many possibly causes for menstrual irreg.
