A member asked:

Does bone broth actually help with anemia or is this unscientific woo? i can't find any science backed articles that say either way.

Unscientific: Bone broth will not hurt you, but it is not a useful way to treat anemia. You need to see a doctor to ascertain the cause of anemia and treat the cause. Common forms of anemia can be treated with oral iron and multivitamins. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, if you do, and get HPV vaccine, if you are younger than 45-years. Wish you good health!
