How can you know when ovulation is exactly? i use an app but i have not fallen pregnant in 4months.

Ovulation: An app or standard calendar are good ways to determine ovulation. You can do testing for this. Discuss the best method with your gynecologist. However, statistically average pregnancy is between 6 to 9 months naturally. If no pregnancy by 9 months then consider evaluation.
