I was on gonal f for 10 days. had pregnyl 5000iu on 25/10. took 1st shot of 1500iu on 30/10. next shot is on 4/11. when should i do a hpt?

Pregnancy ?: Using "Gonal F" to stimulate multiple follicles, followed by "pregnyl" ( HCG) may result in ovulation 24/48 hours after the 5k IU of pregnyl, but although the following shots of pregnyl may support a pregnancy, a "hpt" is not as accurate as a serum HCG test, but either test is likely to show positive, since "pregnyl" is essentially HCG and will render a false positive.
