Injection ??: Assuming the "injection" was progesterone, what is described may be caused by pregnancy which was not detected prior to the injection. Get a serum HCG test to be certain, as if positive, these symptoms can indicate a pregnancy outside of the uterus (ectopic), which needs immediate attention.
