UTI present?: A residual urinary tract infection from the previous indwelling catheter needs to be eliminated by MD testing which will cause both of your symptoms. C/sections also cut some of the cutaneous (skin) nerves to the clitoris which will regenerate with time. See your OB MD now to investigate and resolve this issue.
