Probably not, but...: It's probably not the pool water. Perhaps a slight possibility if the pool had been over treated with chlorine or other chemicals because of being dirty. Probably this is nothing, but see a doctor if the discomfort is severe or lasts more than a few hours; or if you develop abnormal vaginal discharge, genital sores, or any other genital area symptoms.
