Highly unlikely: Mold is everywhere and rarely cause health problems (with the exception of some allergy related issues). Mold in extreme amounts (such as is formed in haylofts etc) may produce harmful toxins but incidental discovery of some mold in a piece of food is NOT going to "harm your brain"!
