Back of eye pain: Please see an ophthalmologist ASAP. If he/she clears you, you may be dealing w/ocular migraines or cluster headaches. You can see your primary doc for help w/that. Modalities such as biofeedback or clinical hypnosis (www.asch.net) can be very helpful in that regard. Peace and good health.
