Not unexpected: Even minor head trauma can bring on a headache up to 2 weeks after the event. It does not mean you have a clot on your brain or other such issue. If you had no blackout at the time and no memory loss, the chances of a concussion or significant injury is minimal. The ear pain may or may not be a separate issue & should be monitored as you would if it arose independently.
