Not sure: you want to use a steroid to treat folliculitis, which is an infection. Not sure if you have chronic allergic folliculitis or infectious folliculitis from your description. You need to consult a dermatologist (skin specialist doctor) for this condition. Will start aspirin for cardiovascular protection.
