Hi, i have a bump on right sternoclavicular joint. it is as hard as a bone. no pain,no movement issues but slight discomfort. what is the bump?

Impossible to say: It is impossible to answer without being able to examine the area first hand and to order imaging studies such as Xrays or MRI. Have an orthopedist take a look if you are concerned. Have you experienced any trauma to that area?
