Food plan important?: Good day;\ A food plan with an assortment of fruits, vegetables, grains, dairyfish, poultry and meat is essential to a healthy lifestyle. A mediterranean style (Pyramid) type food plan is a necessity these days. Three balanced meals a day; eat for energy - not for storage. Couple this approach with exercise- walkinf, hiking or biking, etc and you may live a long healthy life.
