Penis itch: If there is no burning on urination and the discharge doesn't appear to emanate from the urethra, you may have a yeast infection of the tip of the penis which is treated with an ointment like mycolog. However discharge from the urethra is more serious and must be evaluated and treated by an MD who will also check for a STD. The yeast infection can also be passed back and forth by sexual partners.
