Good day, i am a 24year old female. i usually suffer from severe diarrhea and have an abscess between my perineum and anus. which doctor should i contact? i have a mild fever and some discomfort while sitting. there is some pus leaking after wiping.

I would suggest: consulting a General Surgeon (one who deals with ADBOMINAL/BOWEL surgery. If surgical intervention is needed he/she may wish a OB/GYN to consult as well. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
