Hi i have a 3month old baby, i have a concern with his feeding. he does not drink a full feed is this normal?

Hard to say: What are you calling a full feeding ? A babies stomach can usually fit 1/2 their poundage in ounces/feed if they don't swallow lots of air. (10lb=5oz) Their feeding pattern will also go in spurts, with some days being more or less. When you post a question the more specific you with data including weights/volumes the more we can focus on an answer.
