Yesterday i lift a a heavy king bed with my son (11) and today i had pain in my whole chest and back but took flanax pill and the pain went away why?

Varies: Flanax is an anti inflammatory medication (contains naproxen) and acts to fight inflammation and also as a mild pain medication. It is possible by either of those two mechanisms that it resolved your back pain; or that the timing of the resolution of your back pain and taking the medication was coincidental. Don’t hesitate to be seen if your pain returns.
