Different things: Not at all likely. Schizoid PD is characterized by an indifference to interpersonal relationships. Schizophrenia is one of the psychotic disorders characterized by hallucinations mostly of hearing (auditory) but also can involve hallucinations of taste, touch, smell, and vision.
