Most likely Acne: Acumulations of pus sometimes solidify and appear solid when squeezed out. If it is not painful, not swollen and not interfering with the quality of your life the is good but there is little to lose from seeing a PCP for advice on what sort of lotion or other treatment is best for your particular skin.
