Skin problems : It is hard to treat or diagnose skin problems without seeing them, but it sound like molluscom contagiosum which is caused buy a virus & can resolve spontaneously, but could be any other possibilities. So it is best if you show it to his doctor. Please don't squeeze them Because that might cause 2ry infection. Good luck.
