Few things: Many recommend rotating and turning over the mattress regularly. This way, the position of your body is on different parts of the mattress and spreads out the areas of weight over more of the mattress. Also, you can get a piece of plywood (3/8 - 1/2 inch thick, at least) and place it under the mattress for greater support. Less costly than a new mattress. Good luck.
