What can cause constant dizzy/lightheaded feeling?

It depends: Let us say if you had recent medical check-up and everything turn out to be fine including lab tests if next day you develop constant dizziness or lightheadedness the cause is probably anxiety. Otherwise causes of constant dizziness can not be determined without physical exam and tests.
