Maybe OK, but....: This might not be anything important. However, any new or apparently abnormal vaginal discharge, whether in pregnant or nonpregnant women, should be professionally evaluated. "Creamy" discharge suggests the possibility of infection. Contact your obstetrician's office; s/he will want to examine you and check it out. Don't try to treat yourself and definitely do not douche before you are seen.
