I had a creamy discharge but with no bad odor & im not itching & nothing is burning? what could it be?i looked online & it said pregnancy symptom?

There are many possible causes, but in the absence of itching, irritation, and odor, STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia are a concern (depending of course on sexual exposures and lifestyle).
