Could getting face soap in mouth throughout the yrs while washing cause jaw or oral tumors of any kind? or soaps in mouth not a cause of those things?

Probably not : Unless you were to swallow large amounts of soap I wouldn’t worry. There are no cases of soap related cancer in humans to my knowledge. Known causes of cancer in the mouth/jaw are tar (like the charred skin in BBQ meats), tobacco (chewing or smoking) and some viruses like HPV and EBV. So feel free to wash with soap!
