Little or no risk: HSV1 is almost aways acquired from direct skin-to-skin contact with someone elsei's infection. A little spit on the lips is not likely to transmit it. See a doctor if you develop oral sores or severe sore throat in the next few days. Otherwise, don't worry about it.
