Can a car wreck cause a cerebellar stroke 18 days after it happened?

Stroke: A cerebellar stroke is causes by blockage or hemorrhage involving an artery in the posterior circulation of the brain. I doubt these were caused by a car wreck which occurred 18 days earlier.. I would be interested in the opinion of your neurologist who knows much more about the case, however.
