A faint: Fainting is a non specific symptom where you suddenly pool blood in your lower body & this drains it away from your brain/upper body. The quick shift blocks vision & many will actually fall. It is seen in a variety of conditions. If this happens often I would seek a medical evaluation.

? hypotension: meaning that you experience low blood pressure in hot environment , and that would affect your vision too, you need to be checked, kindly see your doctor for assessment, and avoid being in hot environment as much as you can for now, wish you well
