Sinus symptoms: It is possible that you retained some pool water in your sinus cavities. If the fluid has become infected, that can make you feel ill, with chills, sweats, nausea, post-nasal drip, sinus pressure, and a cough. Smoking can also increase your risk of a sinus infection.
