Sometimes i get a prickling sensation where my eye-bags are on my eyes it doesnt really hurt and they dont last long.(less then a second or so).

Prickly: These sensations are most likely due to mild irritability/irritation of superficial nerves in the skin under your eyes.If there are no skin changes, it could be from eye strain, cosmetics including hair spray,or eye glasses or sun glasses,if you wear them.
