Medication review: What you need is may be medication review. H2 histamin blocker and an antiacid addition to your medication armamentarium may give a better outcome. Also an endoscopy to look at inside of your digestive tract can be helpful if you had not had one so far to see what we are dealing with.

Need proper dx: How was gastritis Diagnosed? I am assumimg you have not seen a MD. Posibility of Peptic ulcer disease, gall bladder disease, Dyspepsia need to be cosidered. Trial of PPI has not worked. Time to do some tests such as US abdomen, Endoscopy,Basic blood test may be in order. Time to see a Gastroenterologist
