Missing info: A 3 wk old breastfed baby can pass a smear every feed or a diaper full once a week. Bottle fed usually go more. Their belly bloats easily with poop/air & their fussing because their belly muscles are lax & they fuss from their breathing muscle which pushes it out. If their poop is soft when they go it is likely normal. Rabbit pellets or harder would be abnormal.
