Emollient: You may try applying a small amount of an emollient to the inside of your nose. Use it sparingly to avoid it getting into your lungs.

Saline gel: Ayr sells an OTC product available at most grocery drug sections or pharmacies. It is similar to saline nose wash but thick enough to be applied as a paste near the nasal entrance & sniffed up. This can help maintain nasal moisture overnight. You may also consider using the battery powered NASAL nasal wash system that can remove nasal irritants that trigger rubbing/bleeds.
