Emollient: You may try applying a small amount of an emollient to the inside of your nose. Use it sparingly to avoid it getting into your lungs.

It is similar to saline nose wash but thick enough to be applied as a paste near the nasal entrance & sniffed up. This can help maintain nasal moisture overnight. You may also consider using the battery powered NASAL nasal wash system that can remove nasal irritants that trigger rubbing/bleeds.
