A Prime doctor located in the state where the patient is, may send prescriptions to a pharmacy but not for narcotics nor for certain other medications. Sometimes prescriptions aren't given because an in-person exam is needed. Fees are for the private consultation (advice) regardless of prescriptions.

No: This is the HT public forum where volunteer docs answer general medical questions that are always visible to the public. We do not offer direct private services. Prescribing anything without proper evaluation including history, exam, vital signs & records can result in the loss or restriction of ones medical license. Call your established doc for refills.
