What to do if someone keeps getting stage 2 high blood pressure?

Needs attention: Stage 2 hypertension is defined as a blood pressure above 160 systolic and/or 100 diastolic; values consistently above 140/90 will damage arteries, leading to atherosclerosis and blockages. This process causes heart attack (death of heart muscle from lack of blood), angina, and stroke. High blood pressure also damages the kidneys. Low salt, weight loss, exercise and extra medications will lower bp.
